Privacy Statement
Spatial Vision Innovations Pty Ltd is bound by the Privacy
Act 1988 (Cth) and the national Privacy Principles contained
in that Act. Spatial Vision collects personal information
in the form of personal contact details from individuals directly.
Very occasionally Spatial Vision may also collect financial
institution account information. Spatial Vision uses the information
to contact individuals in the performance of contracts (between
Spatial Vision and the individual or the individual as an
agent of an organisation that has contracted Spatial Vision),
and for financial management. Spatial Vision contracts out
various of its services to external suppliers, and, where
it does so, obtains appropriate contractual protection from
those suppliers in relation to any personal information the
supplier may handle in the course of supplying those services.
If you have a complaint concerning the handling of your personal
information please contact our Privacy Information Officer
and request an Access Request Form. We will process your request
for access to your personal information promptly after you
have completed that form and delivered it to us.
