Spatial Vision’s work has been recognised by the Australian Spatial Information and Business Association.

At the 2006 Victorian Spatial Excellence Awards held at the Melbourne Aquarium in September, Spatial Vision, in conjunction with the Department of Sustainability and Environment and the Country Fire Authority, received the People and Community Award for Spatial Vision’s new Vicmap Book series.

In addition, the e-Farmer project produced by Spatial Vision in conjunction with Department of Sustainability and Environment and the North Central Catchment Management Authority, received a highly commended award in the Resources and Environment Award.

More recently at a gala affair at the Brisbane Hilton, Spatial Vision’s new Vicmap Book series won a 2006 Australian and Pacific Spatial Excellence Award again for the People and Community category.
