Spatial Vision is proud to announce that we achieved certification to the ISO9001:2000 standard on 18th May 2004 from Benchmark Certification. Spatial Vision has operated its Business Management System to this standard for some time, but had not, until comparatively recently, sought external accreditation.

To become certified we:
• Fully documented our systems
• Commissioned internal and external audits identifying areas for improvement
• Demonstrated a documented process for continuous improvement

Being certified means:
• We are committed to quality and customer satisfaction
• Our systems are regularly reviewed (both internally and externally) to ensure we are doing what we say we are doing
• We are now eligible to use the Certification Logo below to demonstrate our compliance both in Australia and internationally.

Glenn Cockerton, Spatial Vision’s Chief Executive, said “the achievement of certification was a great team effort as the process involved all staff and was enthusiastically supported. We see this certification as demonstration of our commitment to strive to further improve the level of service we can offer our Clients”.
