VICMAP BOOK Interactive DVD wins IMTA award

E-mail Print

Spatial Vision’s Vicmap Book Interactive DVD has won the International Map Traders Association (IMTA) award for best computer based product.

The Interactive DVD which has been on the market since November 2007 is a digital spin off of the award winning Vicmap Book series. Comprising of all five books in an easy to use digital format, the Interactive DVD provides total state coverage.

Purposely made for the emergency services, the books and Interactive DVD have been very popular with both the business traveller and recreational markets.

“Due to the high level of detail demanded by the emergency services both the books and Interactive DVD provide a very useful tool to those who are constantly travelling throughout country Victoria whether it be for work or recreation.” Said Glenn Cockerton, Managing Director of Spatial Vision.

Held in Hobart at the annual IMTA conference, the awards recognised outstanding products across six categories including the hotly contested computer based product category.
