SV maps takes out SSI award

The 2nd Edition Vicmap Books recently received two awards at the annual Surveying and Spatial Sciences Institute conference in Adelaide.

The Vicmap Books were awarded Excellence in Mapping Awards for both General Purpose Mapping and Thematic Mapping.

This adds to previous accolades awarded to the Vicmap Book  range including an Asia Pacific Spatial Excellence Award and International Map Traders Association Award.

Purposely made for the emergency services, the books and Interactive DVD have been very popular with both the business traveller and recreational markets.

“The high level of detail demanded by the emergency services the Vicmap Book range results in a very useful guide to those who are travelling throughout country Victoria whether it be for work or recreation,” said Glenn Cockerton, Managing Director of Spatial Vision.
