CheckSite is a new service created by Spatial Vision that provides authoritative, property-specific information about environmental risks. CheckSite sets the industry standard for Phase 1 Environmental Risk Assessments. It brings together the information needed to help assess risk.

Backed up by the power of spatial technology as well as up-to-date authoritative information, CheckSite has the ability to produce comprehensive reports that save both time and money.

Gathering information about a particular site to understand its history of use can be a time-consuming and frustrating task. Professional environmental auditors, developers or property consultants, need access to a variety of information from reliable sources to assess whether the site may be associated with a risk or hazard.

CheckSite draws on information from a wide range of government agencies and authoritative sources to generate reports about a property. CheckSite provide complete,
professional reports compiled from the best available current
information, freeing up your resources.

All the customer has to do is provide an address or property description (Lot on Plan), CheckSite will do the rest!

CheckSite includes the following reports:

• Site Report
• Environmental Report
• Historical Report
• Geology & Groundwater Report

The reports can be ordered individually, in combination or as a complete suite of 4 reports.

Reports are typically delivered to you within 4-5 working days.  Reports are delivered by email.
